In this role you will help shape the technical foundation of a brand-new game. You will work in a small team to drive core systems, architecture, tools, and development pipelines, balancing immediate needs with long-term health. You’ll translate broad goals into concrete plans, lead initiatives, and mentor teammates to improve code quality and performance. You join a mission-driven studio focused on scalable, maintainable game tech that enables designers and engineers to ship great experiences.

- Own complex technical initiatives spanning multiple game systems
- Clarify requirements, define approaches, and coordinate contributions to drive delivery
- Involve yourself in architecture and implementation decisions
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to improve systems, workflows, tooling, and pipelines
- Provide technical guidance across the codebase and resolve challenging problems




- Mentor engineers and help establish practical standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability

Responsabilidades

- Extensive software development experience
- Strong experience with Unity and C#
- Strong understanding of software architecture and ability to adapt to new codebases
- Experience with complex codebases and scalable systems
- Experience xugodme creating and supporting tools and pipelines for game development
- Experience with mobile development and platform best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines (designers and engineers)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset and drive initiatives independently
- Desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve
- Passion for games
