Overview In this role you will serve as the technical point of contact for Autodesk customers in the AECO Civil space, guiding adoption and ensuring reliable, secure operation at scale. You'll work with global enterprise clients within the Proactive Support group to deliver governance, advisory, and data-driven improvements. Expect collaboration with CSMs and TAS to drive customer success plans and impactful cloud/desktop deployments.

Responsabilidades

Establish and maintain technical relationships as the primary contact, coordinating with CSM and TAS to execute customer success plans

Prioritize and escalate critical issues, ensuring service level compliance

Provide technical guidance and analytics-based recommendations for enterprise customers

Apply problem-management to identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements

Collaborate with IT and design teams to ensure successful installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop applications





Deliver coaching sessions to drive adoption and progress of the customer success plan

Conduct proactive engagement through regular case reviews, performance assessments, and alignment of technical insights with customer goals

Lead key events such as major upgrades and ensure smooth execution

Offer strategic insights and maintain health governance of customer environments

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years' experience with Autodesk Civil products (Civil3D, InfraWorks) and cloud services (Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma) for large enterprise clients, in a professional services role

Strong analytical skills and experience troubleshooting in enterprise environments

Expert knowledge of workflows and data exchange

Experience delivering presentations

Ability to manage multiple projects with clear priorities

Strong communicator in Spanish and English; fluency in both languages required; additional European languages preferred
