In this role, you will lead IT project delivery for new applications and ongoing support within SGS Corporate IT. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with standards while transitioning development and support activities in-house. You will focus on quality delivery, risk management, and KPI-driven performance to enhance application stability, scalability, and adoption.

- Coordinate internal teams (and contractors) to deliver new IT projects per stakeholder requirements
- Ensure high-quality application delivery, support, and adherence to corporate standards
- Manage budgets and timelines; drive cross-functional collaboration and user adoption at product delivery
- Proactively identify risks and issues; develop mitigations and escalations
- Support transition of development and support activities from vendors to internal teams
- Contribute to long-term stability, performance, and scalability of applications
- Monitor, report, and address KPIs related to application support and development
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle xugodme (SDLC)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Application Support)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate risks into business impact and manage technical dependencies
