We’re looking for a Signaling Services Project Manager to lead critical signalling services projects that ensure safe, reliable, and high-performing railway operations. This is a high-impact role managing maintenance, system modifications, and upgrades that keep transport networks running efficiently.

- Manage signalling services projects, including L2 and L3 maintenance activities and system upgrades
- Oversee internal and external contract execution while ensuring compliance and financial performance
- Lead project governance, quality management, and risk control activities
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure delivery excellence
- Organise and lead project follow-up meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor project financials, cash flow, invoicing, and asset optimisation
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, changes, and claims throughout the project lifecycle
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities for additional services and customer needs

- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Valuable experience managing multidisciplinary systems and/or infrastructure deployment projects
- Strong project management expertise, ideally within the railway signalling sector
- Customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of railway signalling systems is highly valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Availability to travel when required
- Advanced level of English

- Effective cash flow and asset optimisation throughout project execution
- Successful management of risks, suppliers, and project stakeholders
