Chief Engineer role available onboard a 40m Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Engineer to join a 40m private motor yacht on a permanent basis.

The adecuado candidate will have strong technical knowledge, be confident working independently, and take pride in maintaining the vessel to a high standard. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineer looking for a long-term position with a good package and salary. Rotation is being discussed in the near future.

Qualifications and requirements

- MinimumY3 Engineering Certificate
- Previous experience on similar-sized yachts
- Strong technical and maintenance skills
- Hands-on and proactive approach
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Professional and reliable
- Good longevity and checkable references
- Available to start immediately
