Skills We are seeking a Soldering Technician to join our electronics production team. The idóneo candidate has strong hands-on skills in precision soldering , experience working with electronic components , and a commitment to producing high-quality assemblies:

- Soldering Operations — Perform manual soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components following IPC standards.
- Component Assembly — Assemble electronic boards and wiring harnesses according totechnical drawings and work instructions.
- Quality Control — Inspect solder joints, identify defects, and ensure compliance withindustry quality requirements.
- Equipment Handling — Operate soldering irons, reflow tools, microscopes, andmeasurement instruments safely and efficiently.
- Documentation — Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- High-Precision Soldering & Assembly

✓ Perform manual soldering under binocular/microscope for SMD (CQFP, FP)and BGA components, following technical specifications and quality standards(ESA ECSS-Q-ST-70-08, IPC-A-610). ✓ Execute rework and repair procedures (PR) on PCBs as per the company’sdocumented processes.





✓ Apply conductive/non-conductive adhesives and conformal coatings with precision, adhering to safety and dosage protocols.

- Compliance with Standards & Procedures

✓ Follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (PF), Repair Procedures (PR), andStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs). ✓ Work under space-grade quality standards (ESA ECSS) and industry benchmarks (IPC, J-STD).

✓ Ensure full traceability of components and processes via digital systems (MES,ERP)

Profil Recherché Required Skills:

- Proven experience in electronics soldering (IPC standards are a plus: IPC-A-610, IPC JSTD-001).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Experience with SMD soldering is highly appreciated.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential, while French language skills are a plus

Formation souhaitée NVQ in electronics / FP Grado Medio en Electrónica /FP Grado Superior en Sistemas Electrónicos Expérience minimum More than 2 years of experience in a similar role
