Overview In this role, you join the General Service Installation Team to build a world-class service organization for our Netherlands branch. You will perform on-site hardware installation, racking, cabling and initial validation, while coordinating with engineering for seamless integration. You provide first-line technical support and handle service tickets, with travel to client sites as needed.
You will shape the implementation and troubleshooting process to ensure reliable, enterprise-grade server solutions for diverse customers. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced, international service environment.
Responsabilidades Perform physical installation, rack and stack, cabling and networking of data center hardware
Assist with implementing server, storage and network equipment
Coordinate with engineering to ensure seamless hardware integration
Ensure hardware installed per specifications and conduct post-installation testing
Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email and ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed
Travel locally and internationally to installations and on-site problem solving
Requisitos principales 5 years of experience servicing complex X86 systems in a datacenter environment
