The Opportunity & What You Will Own

- Design transformative, real-world student experiences across Shanghai, London, and Dubai.
- Enable students to build and operate businesses in live global markets.
- Shape a high-energy, cross-cultural community of ambitious builders, while building and leading student-led ecosystems like clans, councils, and peer networks.
- Own student welfare, wellbeing, conflict, and crisis support while partnering cross-functionally to deliver a flawless on-ground experience across geographies.
- Create systems that make the student journey seamless, scalable, and exceptional, turning feedback into sharp insights so students don't just learn, they thrive.

What We Need From You

Essential

- 3+ years of experience in student experience, student affairs, residential education, programme leadership, community building, or events management.
- Experience managing student operations in multicultural,



multinational environments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, workflow tools, and documentation platforms.
- Experience leading teams through high-pressure, under-resourced, or rapidly changing environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to design feedback systems, interpret data, and convert insights into actionable decisions.
- Experience living or working in China, the UK, UAE, or a comparable international market.

Desirable

- Experience building operational infrastructure within a startup or early-stage institution.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members into high-performing professionals.
- Working knowledge of safeguarding frameworks and duty-of-care practices for international students.
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Student Affairs, International Relations, or a related discipline.
