is properly administered and continuously improvedEnsure HR policies and processes are consistently implemented across the Spanish organizationEmployee relationsLead employee relations in Spain and act as the main point of contact for employee representativesPrepare and manage employee representative meetings and ensure constructive social dialogueHR developmentBuild and steer the Spain training and development planPartner with the Talent Acquisition teams to set recruitment up for success and ensure a strong onboarding experienceOversee office management activities for the Barcelona officeWork closely with the France HR team to ensure alignment and share best practices across countriesWhat we're looking for:Around 10 years of experience in generalist HR roles, with significant experience managing HR teams, ideally within a fast-growing organization (start-up, scale-up…)Proven experience leading an HR function and managing a sizeable team, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levelsNatural leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and strong people management capabilitiesA sharp analytical mindset: you're as comfortable shaping HR strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to solve operational challengesStrong knowledge of Spanish labor law, payroll and employee relationsGenuine curiosity for AI and new HR tools — you're not afraid to rethink processes and experiment with tools such as Claude or CoworkStrong autonomy, adaptability and a hands-on mindsetFluent English,
