JOB DESCRIPTION

At Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a Corporate Compliance Senior Specialist to strengthen our in-house Corporate Compliance team in Barcelona. We are seeking professionals with more than 6 years of experience in the development and management of compliance programs.We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a passion for corporate ethics, compliance, and sustainability. The adecuado candidate will be proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and demonstrate a structured and organized approach to work.
DUTIES

The main functions are:The main responsibilities of the role include:Participating in the design, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs.Preparing and updating risk maps and risk and control matrices.Monitoring and updating applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.Drafting, reviewing,



and updating internal policies and procedures to ensure compliancewith current regulations.Developing and delivering compliance and ethics training and awareness programs.Participating in internal investigations arising from reports submitted through the Ethics Channel and requests from management bodies and committees.Designing and conducting periodic monitoring activities to identify compliance risks and potential deficiencies in the design and execution of internal controls.Preparing reports and documentation related to regulatory compliance.Collaborating with other departments to ensure integrity and transparency across all operations.Maintaining compliance databases and records.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Law Degree.Specialized training in Compliance and/or CESCOM certification (or equivalent), and/orcertification as a Compliance Expert/Auditor will be considered a plus.Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a similar in-house position.Upper-intermediate to advanced level of English.
