We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition &

- People Specialist to join our Barcelona team. The primary focus of this role will be recruitment, followed by employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment processesProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, local communities, job boards, events, and alternative channelsConduct interviews in English and SpanishPartner with hiring managers to define requirements and identify suitable candidatesManage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experienceBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsTrack recruitment funnels and provide regular hiring updatesSupport offer management and candidate closing processes

Employee Engagement and HR Operations

Organize employee engagement activities, internal events,



and team initiativesAct as a local point of contact for employees' day-to-day HR questionsMaintain employee records and support documentation processesCoordinate with external payroll, legal, and HR service providers when needed

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR roleStrong end-to-end recruitment and direct-sourcing experienceExperience recruiting both technical and non-technical profiles is preferredGood communication skills in English and SpanishKnowledge of the Barcelona and Spanish talent marketA proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approachAbility to work independently while collaborating with an international People &
