Overview In this role you lead the regional Network Supply Planning organization to align with strategic goals. You shape long-range and DRP plans across 24 months to 5 years, adapting to M&A; activity and regional needs. You partner with regional leadership to optimize inventory, balance supply and demand, and improve reliability.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration in S&OP; and with external vendors, delivering impactful supply network scenarios and risk mitigation. This is an opportunity to influence regional strategy and elevate supply chain performance at Henkel.

Responsabilidades Lead regional Network Supply Planning aligning with strategic goals

Oversee long-range network and DRP plans (24 months to 5 years, 6–24 months)

Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) and RCCP planning

Identify supply constraints and propose expansion or contraction scenarios

Communicate findings and proposals to regional SC leadership for decisions





Determine FG requirements and allocation based on business priorities

Collaborate across regions via DRP for aligned allocations

Support inventory management to reduce excess and obsolescence

Identify and communicate mid-to-long-term supply risks to SC leadership

Facilitate S&OP; regional supply Review Meetings

Collaborate with Operational and Material Planning to improve supply reliability

Requisitos principales Bachelor or Master in relevant field

Min. 5 years experience in leadership roles in supply planning

Business fluent in English

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Very good end-to-end understanding of supply planning

Ability to lead, develop and steer people and projects

Strong presentation and analytical skills with KPI ownership
