Own the problem, not just the requirements. You’ll work directly with business-facing stakeholders across multiple manufacturing sites, understanding operational challenges and turning them into practical AI solutions. You’ll have the freedom to prototype ideas, demonstrate what’s possible and quickly turn feedback into better solutions.

Get hands-on with the technology. Working alongside engineers and business teams, you’ll build working prototypes, refine prompts and skill files, test agent capabilities and help take successful solutions further. This is a role for someone who enjoys operating between business, product and technology.

What You’ll Do





- Lead agentic AI projects from initial business problem through to working prototype and execution.
- Own stakeholder relationships across multiple manufacturing sites, understanding problems and turning them into actionable solutions.
- Build and prototype quickly, using AI and agentic capabilities to demonstrate solutions rather than waiting for lengthy requirements.
- Work hands-on with engineering teams, refining prompts, skill files, workflows and agent capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement, taking stakeholder feedback and rapidly iterating on working solutions.
- Champion a business-facing AI approach, helping manufacturing teams understand and adopt what agentic AI can deliver.

Key Requirements

- Leading agentic AI projects from concept through to execution.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to understand business problems and translate them into solutions.
- Technical, hands-on prototyping experience with AI, agents or LLM-based solutions.
- Startup mentality — proactive, experimental and comfortable building from scratch.
- Ability to operate confidently across business and technical teams.
