We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established company in the naval sector, with over 60 years of experience and a strong international presence.

The company works on a wide variety of projects, including:
Luxury and high-performance vessels
Commercial and offshore projects
Defense and government programs

This provides a unique level of exposure within the industry, combining engineering, industrial execution, and high-level technical projects.

This is a key role within the organization, where you will lead complex projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with engineering, production, and clients.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Full project lifecycle management (scope, cost, time, and quality)




Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, client)
Monitoring and control of project milestones
Risk management and resolution of project issues
Direct communication with clients and stakeholders
Background in the naval/maritime sector
Degree in Naval Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
Spanish and English required
Strong leadership skills and strategic mindset
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, Rhino
