Responsibilities
- Build, architect, and extend interactive playable ad experiences and creative templates for mobile and CTV platforms.
- Translate creative concepts and game mechanics into functional prototypes and production-ready, scalable ad experiences.
- Design mobile-first playable-ad UX, including interaction logic, end-card flows, and calls to action.
- Optimize file size, load times, device and operating-system compatibility, and platform compliance.
- Define test matrices and QA checklists, debug SDK, tracker, delivery, and game-logic issues, and introduce automated validation where possible.
- Coordinate Creative Design, Software and Services, Ad Operations, and Product teams on playable-ad initiatives and workflows.
- Support client discussions covering feasibility, timelines, QA expectations, and measurement plans.
- Build and maintain a repository of playable patterns, guidelines, specifications, QA standards, case studies, and learnings.

Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in creative technology creating interactive mobile ads.




- Strong portfolio of playable ads that delivered positive performance against advertiser KPIs.
- Expertise with frontend technologies and libraries for complex interactive experiences and game mechanics under tight constraints.
- Hands-on experience with mobile playable tools such as Phaser, Pixie, Unity/Cocos export, Playable Factory, or platform-specific tools.
- Experience shipping and supporting creatives end to end, including QA, troubleshooting, and mobile ad delivery.
- Ability to translate performance and measurement requirements into event tracking and experimentable variants.
- Commercial awareness and client-facing experience in the App AU ecosystem.
- Preferred experience building 3D interactive mobile-web experiences and SIMID for CTV interactive experiences.
- Preferred deep experience with mobile end-to-end ad testing, ad verification, publisher SDKs, programmatic concepts, ad serving, tracking, and graph
