so much of this is being built for the first timeAbout The RoleWe are currently hiring Lead Product Designers (IC) for a few Pillars across Cleo including Borrow and Subscribers Working alongside your squad run by a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for:Identifying new product opportunities by deeply understanding user problems, industry trends, and Cleo’s unique strengthsLeading early-stage ideation, sketch bold product directions, and prototype innovative conceptsDesigning and run lean research and testing processes to quickly validate or de-risk assumptionsBringing your squad together to form and communicate a visionExecuting designs in polished UI in close collaboration with developersCollaborating with cross functional stakeholders to shape product directionCraft compelling visual and verbal narratives to communicate the value and potential of new product ideasBuilding strategic business cases using customer insight, data, and market understanding to advocate for promising conceptsWhat We're Looking ForYou should ideally have several years of relevant experience and passion for growth focused work at a senior+ levelExperience in consumer-facing fintech or personal finance productsYou can share mobile app focused design work that shows a proven track record of high quality execution in high-growth,
