DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST
Immediate Opportunity | Interim or Freelance | 5-Month Assignment
For an international industrial organization, I'm looking for a Sales & Demand Forecasting Specialist (temporary assignment of 5 months) to ensure continuity during a maternity leave replacement.

What will you do?
As the bridge between sales, forecasting and European operations, you will be responsible for:
? Analyzing sales, order, forecast and market data
? Coordinating and consolidating forecasts from multiple European plants
? Preparing recurring management reports and KPI dashboards
? Monitoring market trends and economic indicators impacting demand
? Managing consignment stock reporting and stakeholder follow-up
? Supporting pricing decisions through margin analysis
? Preparing presentations and insights for monthly management meetings
The goal? Ensure a smooth continuation of the European reporting and forecasting cycle with minimal disruption.
Who are we looking for?
✔️ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or similar
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role
✔️ Experience in forecasting, demand planning, sales analysis or business analytics
✔️ Advanced Excel skills and confident with Power BI or other BI tools
✔️ Strong affinity with data, reporting and numerical analysis
✔️ Able to translate complex data into actionable business insights
✔️ Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
✔️ Proactive, independent and fact-based decision maker
