? Workday Finance Consultant - Lead

Are you an expert at orchestrating complex, large-scale system transitions?

⚙️ Do you thrive in high-stakes environments, managing detailed runbooks and leading command centers? ?️ If so, we want you to lead our final transition from legacy finance systems to Workday! ?

We are looking for a Finance Market Cutover Lead to own our end-to-end local cutover activities, bridging the gap between technical workstreams, functional teams, and external vendors to ensure a seamless go-live. ?

? Key Responsibilities:

- ? Runbook Management: Build, own, and execute the market cutover planning runbook & reporting based on our integral template.
- ? Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate cross-functional and cross-finance workstreams (including HR, payroll, RTR, STP, LTC, FDM, and data conversion).
- ⚙️ Vendor & System Coordination: Manage local vendors, data readiness (including Transaction Catch Up/TCU data), and legacy system shutdowns.
- ? Command Center Leadership: Run the onsite cutover command center/war room during go-live events,



handling issue triage, escalations, and executive go/no-go support.
- ? Hypercare Handover: Ensure a smooth transition and handover of unresolved issues to the Hypercare team.

? We’re Looking For:

- ? Track Record: Demonstrated success managing complex system go-lives.
- ? Detail-Oriented Execution: Proven ability to build and execute detailed runbooks containing hundreds of sequenced tasks across multi-functional teams.
- ? Crisis & Decision Management: Strong experience running an onsite go-live command center and facilitating executive-level decision-making.

? Qualifications:

- ? Cutover or program experience on an ERP implementation involving mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
- ?️ Familiarity with Workday launch/deployment methodologies or partner-side delivery experience.
