Talent Operations Liaison

Overview

We are partnered with a global biopharmaceutical organisation to identify an experienced Talent Operations Liaison to support HR operations and talent processes across local and global teams. This role acts as a key partner to Talent Partners, ensuring organisational changes, employee lifecycle activities and HR policies are implemented accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and business leadership to drive operational excellence and maintain high-quality employee data.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage organisational structure updates and position management within SuccessFactors/TalentShare
- Partner with Talent Partners during reorganisations and employee lifecycle activities
- Support compensation processes, market benchmarking and offer approvals
- Lead employee relations, policy implementation and compliance activities
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including legal documentation and stakeholder management
- Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure data quality across HR systems
- Support integral talent programmes, annual review cycles and transformation projects
- Provide reporting, insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience within Human Resources or HR Operations




- Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting organisational design, compensation or employee relations activities
- Knowledge of local employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment preferred
- Biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience is advantageous
- Experience with SuccessFactors and HR systems preferred

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
