Job Description:

- We are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for steering and coordinating program-related activities, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business teams, IT teams and suppliers.

main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Collect, analyze and formalize the client's needs and requirements, in line with the objectives and priorities of the program.
- Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure alignment between the business teams, IT and suppliers.
- Plan and track program activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Consolidate the cost estimates, costs and resource requirements necessary to carry out the evolutions and developments.
- Manage and monitor the delivery of software solutions and adaptations, in compliance with deadlines, quality and agreed commitments.
- Identify, analyze and track risks, problems, dependencies and deviations, and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure the quality, compliance and adequacy of the delivered solutions with the customer's needs and requirements.
- Ensure the governance of the program as well as reporting and regular communication with the various stakeholders.




- Maintain operational documentation and contribute to the continuity, stability and continuous improvement of services.
- Acts as the application lead for the Administrative Centre's access activities and contributes to client satisfaction.
