Test Analyst | Digital Transformation Programme

Are you passionate about software quality and eager to make an impact within a large-scale transformation programme?

We are looking for a Test Analyst to strengthen our development teams working on the modernisation of a critical claims management ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability and business value of applications used by customers, brokers and internal stakeholders.

Working in a dynamic environment, you will combine test analysis, test design, execution and coordination, collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, developers and other testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Your responsibilities

- Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and test scenarios.
- Design, execute and maintain functional, integration and end-to-end tests.
- Validate APIs and system integrations using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Identify, document and follow up on defects while driving their resolution with the development teams.
- Assess risks, define testing priorities and contribute to go/no-go decisions.
- Report on testing progress, quality metrics and release readiness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and quality processes.





Your profile

- 3+ years of experience in software testing, test analysis or QA.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Experience with end-to-end testing in complex application landscapes.
- Comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman, Swagger or similar tools.
- Experience with test management, defect management and reporting.
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to combine strategic thinking with execution.
- Knowledge of test automation tools such as Playwright is a plus.
- Experience within large transformation programmes is considered an asset.
