Are you an experienced CNC professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in Belgium?

We are continuously looking for skilled CNC specialists with experience in different machining and metalworking processes. Whether your expertise is in turning, milling, bending, grinding, laser cutting or other CNC-controlled machinery, we would like to hear from you.

We are especially interested in candidates who can do more than simply operate a machine: you understand the machining process, can work independently from a technical drawing and have experience in programming and operating CNC machines.

What you'll do:

Depending on your experience and specialisation, your responsibilities may include:

- Set up and work independently with CNC-controlled machines
- Work with CNC lathes, milling machines, press brakes, grinders, laser cutting machines or other CNC equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Create AND modify CNC programs (ISO, on the panel of the machine)
- Select the correct tools and determine appropriate machining parameters
- Perform measurements and quality checks
- Troubleshoot and make corrections during the machining process
- Produce accurate, high-quality components according to technical specifications

What we're looking for:

- Proven professional experience in a CNC-related technical position
- Strong knowledge of at least one CNC machining or production process
- Experience with CNC programming in ISO programming
- Knowledge of controls such as Fanuc or Siemens or Heidenhain or similar is a strong advantage




- Ability to read and understand technical drawings independently
- Good understanding of tooling, measurements and machining parameters
- Able to set up and work with CNC machinery independently
- Good command of English (minimum A2 level)
- Motivation to build a long-term career in Belgium

Important: . Profiles with experience only as a machine operator or setter, without CNC programming skills are not the focus of this vacancy.

What we offer:

Salary starting from €19.00 gross/hour up to 23,00 gross/hour.

- Daily travel allowance → extra payment depending on distance and means of transport
- End-of-year bonus → approximately €1,900 NET for a full year of work. The amount depends on the period worked.
- Holiday allowance → approximately €3,500 NET for a full year of work. The amount depends on the period worked.
- Up to €125 reimbursement of your travel costs to Belgium after 4 weeks of work
- Transportation options available – bicycle or other transport can be arranged according to your needs, with the cost clearly communicated in advance
