What you will do

- Analyse business processes, organisational dynamics and pain points to establish a clear AS-IS baseline.
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to uncover, structure and challenge business needs.
- Translate business challenges into clear transformation objectives, requirements and actionable briefs.
- Help stakeholders define ambitious but realistic TO-BE visions aligned with technology capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for digitalisation, automation and AI by combining business needs with market trends and emerging technologies.
- Assess AI use cases, including their potential value and feasibility, and support prioritisation.
- Connect the dots between initiatives, identifying dependencies, overlaps and opportunities for alignment.
- Act as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Prepare concise, compelling presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Support adoption of new processes, digital solutions and ways of working.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation through design thinking, agile and collaborative approaches.

What you bring

- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems or a related discipline.




- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Digital Transformation Consultant or similar.
- Proven experience in stakeholder interviews, requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and digital transformation.
- Practical experience with design thinking, service design or similar discovery/innovation methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured recommendations and actionable requirements.
- Strong interest in AI and emerging digital technologies, with the ability to identify relevant business use cases.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills combined with a pragmatic approach.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Professional fluency in French and Dutch, with strong English communication skills.
