For one of our clients active in the pharmaceutical sector, Hays is looking for an experienced Freelance Export & Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support international supply chain activities during a temporary assignment.

Your Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily export and supply chain operations in an international environment
- Ensure product availability and monitor inventory levels across multiple markets
- Manage international orders from order entry through final delivery
- Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, warehouse and quality teams
- Oversee export documentation and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
- Act as the main operational contact for international distributors and partners
- Identify supply risks and contribute to continuous process improvements

Your Profile





- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Supply Chain, Customer Service or Export Operations
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of international trade, export processes and Incoterms
- Fluent in English
- Available at short notice or immediately available
