An empty office floor doesn’t fill itself. Someone has to keep it on brokers’ minds, make the visit count and follow the opportunity all the way to a signed lease.

At GetFullyLet, we help landlords turn vacant office buildings into places companies want to move into. Our team works on the strategy, design and marketing. As our lettingMaker, you bring that work to life with brokers and prospective tenants.

Your first priorities

- Build real relationships across the Brussels office broker community. Know what their clients need, stay in touch and make sure our buildings get considered.
- Conduct memorable visits with brokers and prospective tenants. Listen, answer the difficult questions and show what the space could become.
- Prepare lease proposals and presentations tailored to each prospect, not another generic PDF.
- Follow up, help negotiate and keep things moving until the lease is signed.

A tenant may have visited ten buildings before ours. You notice when they need to sit down. You hear the concern behind their question. You give the broker room to do their job, while making sure the people making the decision leave with a reason to remember our building.

You’ll meet new people constantly, sometimes including the CEO choosing their company’s next office. You should enjoy that.



You should also enjoy what happens after the visit: the phone call, the thoughtful offer and the persistence it takes to close.

Who we’re looking for

You’re outgoing, curious and commercially driven. You can put people at ease, hold their attention and ask for the deal. You’re organised enough to follow every lead and confident enough to host a visit with senior decision-makers.

Experience in Brussels office leasing and relationships with local brokers would be a strong advantage. But we also want to meet people who have sold workspaces, corporate venues or other services face to face. Perhaps you come from recruitment, aviation or hospitality. If so, show us that alongside your instinct for people, you have the appetite to sell and the determination to follow through.

Being based in or near Brussels will make it easier to move between buildings and meet brokers regularly. You can work in Dutch, French and English.

You won’t be doing this alone. Our portfolio is growing, and you’ll join three other lettingMakers who will train you. The wider team handles analysis, design, retrofit and marketing, so you can focus first on relationships, visits and deals. As you grow, you can take on more of the process.
