M&A; Senior Associate / VP - Brussels, Belgium

We are currently supporting a leading independent corporate finance boutique in Brussels that is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced M&A; / Transaction Services professional.

The firm advises mid-market companies, entrepreneurs, shareholders and investors across domestic and cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on M&A;, financing and financial advisory.

What You'll Be Doing

- Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactions from analysis through closing
- Perform financial analysis, valuation and financial modelling
- Conduct and review Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services assignments
- Analyse financial statements, EBITDA, working capital, net debt and cash flow
- Prepare valuation analyses, transaction materials and client presentations
- Support target identification, buyer approaches and transaction processes
- Coordinate due diligence workstreams and transaction-related activities
- Work directly with entrepreneurs, shareholders, CEOs and CFOs
- Support negotiations and contribute to transaction execution
- Take increasing ownership of projects and contribute to the growth of the platform

What Our Client Is Looking For:

- 4–8 years of relevant professional experience
- Background in M&A;,



Transaction Services / FDD, Corporate Finance or Audit
- Proven exposure to M&A; and transaction-related projects
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation and corporate finance
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Fluent French and English
- Dutch is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and clients
