JOB TITLE: PROJECT LEAD TEAM LEAD COLLABORATION SYSTEMS (M365)

MODE OF WORK: FULL TIME AND HYBRID (2-3 DAYS ONSITE PER WEEK)

CONTRACT DURATION: ASAP - 31/12/2027+POSSIBLE OF EXTENSION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- As a project manager, you will lead various IT implementation projects from A to Z: from pre-sales to concept development, solution construction, change management and production.
- You draw up the schedule and ensure that deadlines are met. You facilitate and ensure communication between all parties involved in the project. You monitor the budget closely and control the quality of your project.
- You report on your projects in a regular and structured way to the client and management. You make sure to report problems quickly and keep an eye on the result.
- As a team leader, you are the line manager of your team, which is made up of both in-house lab workers and consultants. You coordinate and motivate your employees, conduct operational and evaluation interviews and support their development. You manage the team's capacity planning and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately. You contribute to the recruitment of the right profiles and guarantee the smooth running of the team.
- As a Competence Center Manager, you proactively develop the team's skills to align with future customer needs.



You ensure that knowledge is shared and reused within projects managed by the team or, more broadly, by our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- You have a master's degree.
- You are certified PRINCE2 (requirement).
- ITIL certification is desired.
- You have several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in project management, and you are familiar with Agile development methods.
- You have proven experience in people management: this is a line manager position, with responsibility for the evaluation, motivation and development of your workers.
- You have a good active knowledge of the second national language; A good command of English is an added advantage.
- Experience in a Microsoft 365 environment is an asset, as is knowledge of SharePoint and associated tools (Teams, Power Platform, etc.). The lack of specific experience in these technologies is not an exclusion criterion: we are above all looking for a project manager and team leader profile, capable of increasing skills on the platform.
- You have a sense of responsibility and are customer and result oriented.
- You have good communication and writing skills.
- You are persevering and have a great talent as a negotiator.
