Overview

In this role, you own and optimize the operational and commercial performance of suppliers in line with SITA’s strategy. You act as the supplier interface to manage process changes and metrics, and you design and oversee SLAs to minimize exposure from non-conformance. You work with cross-functional teams to improve contracts, governance, and performance trends, using data-driven insights. The position sits at the intersection of operations, procurement, and governance, offering impact on cost, quality, and service reliability. Responsabilidades

- Execute and participate in operational reviews of the SITA governance model
- Maintain current inventory of service performance metrics and process documentation




- Identify opportunities to improve operational and process performance
- Gather performance data requirements against agreed supplier SLAs
- Prepare and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze feedback surveys to identify trends and drive visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve contractual relationships
- Provide statistical performance analyses (cross-sectional or time series) to demonstrate SLA compliance and productivity
- Act as corporate contact to support territory teams in 3rd party supplier management
- Drive SLA improvements and monitor supplier performance trends across operations
- Support contract and commercial governance
- Identify and mitigate risks

Requisitos principales

- 3 to 5 years of supplier management experience
- Experience developing and implementing cost-optimization strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ICT technologies and services
- Competent in data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex concepts via presentations and reports for decision-making
- Multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Microsoft Power BI proficiency preferred
