Overview

In this role you drive customer success for Veeva RIM in Europe, combining regulatory knowledge with product expertise. You advocate for customer needs to shape roadmaps around Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing. You educate customers and represent the product in communities and events, translating complex requirements into actionable insights. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable content and ensure successful deployments. This is an opportunity to shape regulatory tooling for life sciences across regions and time zones.

Responsabilidades

- Serve as the product evangelist for Veeva RIM, focusing on Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing use cases
- Stay current with features and roadmap direction and communicate future vision
- Educate Veeva RIM customers across communities and forums
- Engage with stakeholders to convey roadmap and vision
- Contribute to best practices and process recommendations within the RIM suite
- Advocate for future product innovations based on customer needs
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize feedback into problem statements for roadmap and release planning




- Collaborate with Product teams to produce content and resources for releases
- Provide cross-functional support to Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in regulatory life sciences (Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or related) with related roles
- Experience in consulting, solution consulting, support, or business liaison
- Experience using/implementing RIM applications with document management, submissions, publishing, and archiving
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear problem statements for business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to interpret technical specs for end users and business teams
- Experience interacting with customers and internal teams in person or remote
- Strong analytical and English communication skills
- Self-directed, proactive team player
- Willingness to travel up to 15%, including travel to the USA
