Overview

In this role, you will optimize the end-to-end invoice-to-pay lifecycle across integral teams to boost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. You will drive automation and standardization of I2P processes, collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT to improve supplier experience and working capital. You’ll lead transformation initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure controls and regulatory alignment. This is a high-impact position at a global pharma organization focused on operational excellence and financial integrity.

Responsabilidades

- Design and continuously improve I2P processes including capture, validation, matching, exceptions, payment execution, and reconciliation
- Drive deployment of global I2P solutions and eInvoicing platforms
- Define SOPs and support global standardization of I2P processes
- Specify business requirements for OCR, AI-driven validation, straight-through processing, and payment automation
- Monitor system performance and collaborate with IT on enhancements
- Analyze root causes of exceptions, rejections, and late payments; implement preventive measures
- Design controls to ensure invoice compliance with tax, terms, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal audit, legal,



and tax for risk mitigation and compliance
- Define and track I2P KPIs (cycle time, on-time payment rate, touchless invoices)
- Use data analytics to identify opportunities and lead transformation initiatives
- Support cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization through timing strategies

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a multinational
- Deep understanding of P2P processes and best practices
- Experience with P2P systems and related technologies
- SOX knowledge and fundamental accounting principles
- Project management experience with on-time, on-budget delivery
- Hands-on experience with E2E P2P solutions (SAP, VIM, Coupa, Tungsten, EDICOM)
- Experience with eInvoicing platforms (commercial and governmental) is a plus
- Healthcare and/or life-science industry experience preferred
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
