Overview

As a Salesforce LWC & Marketing Cloud Developer, you will enhance and maintain Salesforce solutions for diverse international clients. You will deliver new functionalities, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous improvement across Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy robust, secure solutions and ensure high-quality outcomes. This role offers exposure to both core Salesforce and Marketing Cloud ecosystems, with a focus on impact, scalability, and customer success.

Responsabilidades

- Develop, test, and deploy solutions with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build and maintain Marketing Cloud functionalities and assets (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Data Extensions)
- Investigate incidents and enhancement requests within SLA, perform root-cause analysis
- Estimate effort and assess feasibility/impact of enhancements
- Apply best practices (bulkification, governor limits, security) and conduct code reviews




- Participate in regression testing, release and deployment processes
- Maintain technical documentation for LWC components and Marketing Cloud automations
- Communicate with clients and international delivery teams in English about tickets and blockers
- Collaborate with other technical teams to troubleshoot production issues

Requisitos principales

- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Solid knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions
- Knowledge of AMPscript and/or SSJS
- Experience in ticket- and SLA-driven support and maintenance environments
- Experience with unit testing, regression testing, and deployment processes
- Familiarity with SFDX or CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across both declarative and code-based Salesforce components
- Advanced English level (C1)
