Overview

In this role you will drive digital transformation of maintenance reference data for customers, delivering data to Maintenance Information Systems and supporting updates from retrofits and service bulletins. You will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, MRO, IT, and PMO to manage data integrity and enable new services. The position emphasizes operational management, data quality, and customer-facing support to ensure accurate, actionable information. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how digital data supports aircraft maintenance at Airbus Defence and Space.

Responsabilidades

- Lead digitalization initiatives for RefData business evolution
- Define IT requirements for RefData processes
- Manage Logistic Data Integration team (subcontractor)
- Define processes and procedures with cross-functional interfaces
- Collect, integrate, validate and deliver configuration & industrial reference data




- Ensure data integrity and resolve inconsistencies related to ILS products
- Support uploading/updating technical data into ILS service repositories (IDS, Customer Services Web Portal)
- Generate reports and KPIs for follow-up
- Answer customer technical queries (e.g., A400M Reference Data)
- Monitor subcontractor activities and participate in improvement projects

Requisitos principales

- Technical background in Aeronautics
- Experience in Data analysis and Data wrangling
- Operational management of IT developments
- A/C maintenance knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Languages: English (negotiation level); French appreciated
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (Design, Manufacturing, MRO, IT, PMO)
