Overview

In this role you provide hands-on electrical support during WTG installation, connection, and finishing to ensure smooth commissioning and long-term turbine reliability. You will resolve electrical and quality deviations, support safety on site, and collaborate with Engineering on modifications. This position offers international exposure, teamwork, and problem-solving in a dynamic field environment. You help drive quality, safety, and efficiency across site activities with a focus on achieving a successful handover and optimal turbine performance.

Responsabilidades

- Provide technical electrical support during installation, connection, adjustment, and finishing of the WTG
- Identify and support resolution of electrical and quality deviations to enable smooth commissioning
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site and intervene when safety rules are not followed
- Coordinate and initiate electrical technical modifications with Engineering
- Deliver technical guidance and on-site training to supervisors and field teams
- Support improvement of electrical instructions, work methods, and procedures for installation and finishing
- Collaborate in prototype testing and validation of new electrical solutions




- Report site activity status and prepare the required technical documentation
- Perform electrical quality checks on site with complete reporting of findings and corrective actions
- Participate in coordination of site activities and continuous improvement initiatives

Requisitos principales

- Vocational technical studies (FPII/Technical Diploma) – mandatory
- Engineering degree (Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical) is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the wind industry
- Experience in wind farms (installation, electrical works, commissioning or maintenance)
- Comfortable working at heights and in demanding HSE environments
- Experience leading teams or working in quality roles
- Solid electrical knowledge and hands-on approach
- Good computer skills (Office, reporting tools, technical platforms)
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving and on-site decision-making
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Full availability to travel without restrictions
- International driving license or willingness to obtain
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
