Overview

As Account Manager for the French market, you own an existing customer portfolio and drive growth across the full account lifecycle. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction, while identifying expansion opportunities and renewals. You will lead reviews and QBRs, and translate customer insights into product and marketing feedback. This role centers on rapid, high-impact expansion for a market-leading AI SMB solution.

Responsabilidades

- Own and manage the existing French portfolio, driving expansion revenue and renewals
- Conduct regular reviews, discovery calls, and QBRs with accounts
- Identify upsell and add-on opportunities to meet monthly/quarterly quotas
- Analyze product usage to surface growth opportunities and demonstrate AI value
- Ensure smooth onboarding, high adoption, and ongoing customer success
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams




- Maintain clean CRM pipelines, account plans, and revenue forecasts

Requisitos principales

- 1+ year in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success (startup/scale-up preferred)
- Proven track record in high-velocity sales and expansion revenue
- Native-level French; confident leading demos and commercial calls
- High tech and AI savviness with understanding of software product value
- Experience in high-volume execution environments with short deal cycles
- Full availability for a mandatory 2-month onboarding in Vienna
