Overview

In this role you drive complex, cross-functional programs that enable operational excellence, service enablement, and large-scale infrastructure initiatives. You’ll align governance, roadmaps, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, you’ll enable scalable delivery with operations, engineering, finance, and supply chain teams. You’ll lead change, standardize processes, and report progress to senior leaders, shaping critical data center and infrastructure programs.

Responsabilidades

- Lead planning, governance, and execution of cross-functional programs supporting operational excellence, service enablement, business transformation, and infrastructure initiatives
- Define objectives, scope, success criteria, and roadmaps aligned with strategy
- Establish governance models, operating rhythms, and decision-making processes for accountable delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders across functions to ensure successful execution
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resources; resolve issues
- Drive readiness, change management, process improvements,



and adoption of new tools and ways of working
- Plan and deliver data center campus frameworks with design, installation, commissioning, and transition-to-operations phases
- Define and monitor KPIs; provide executive reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Facilitate priority alignment and strategic trade-offs; advise senior leaders and stakeholders
- Foster continuous improvement to standardize processes and scale best practices

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years in program management, operations, consulting, PMO, or related leadership roles
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs in matrixed environments
- Experience in budget management, governance, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in multi-country environments (EMEA) service delivery, transformation, infrastructure, or data center programs desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced program management expertise (PMO, Agile/Waterfall)
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
- Ability to translate business problems into structured programs
