In this Billing Specialist role, you will manage the end-to-end billing cycle to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and credit/debit memos. You will support international operations and contribute to reliable financial reporting and process excellence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align billing with customer requirements and company policies. This position offers training and development within a integral, collaborative environment and a chance to impact cash flow and customer satisfaction. You will drive precision and efficiency in billing processes and help scale our financial operations.

Responsabilidades

- Manage the billing process including invoices,



credit memos, and debit memos
- Monitor re-billing activities
- Send invoices to customers according to their requirements

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, administration, finance, or related field OR equivalent hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
