About the Role

This is a high-velocity, quota-carrying closing role on the Sales team at a fast-scaling AI SaaS startup. You will own a full inbound demo motion, converting qualified prospects into paying customers every day, while contributing directly to the shape and growth of the sales function.

What You'll Do

- Run 8 to 16 qualified demo calls per day, guiding prospects smoothly through the sales funnel to close.

- Own and hit clear monthly and quarterly quota targets with full personal accountability.

- Maintain structured follow-ups and clean CRM hygiene to keep your pipeline healthy and predictable.

- Generate your own pipeline and qualify leads independently when inbound volume requires it.

- Contribute ideas to sharpen the team's sales motion as the company scales rapidly.

What We're Looking For

- 1 or more years of experience in transactional or B2B SaaS sales, with a documented track record of closing deals.

- Proven ability to run high-volume product demo calls and move prospects through a structured funnel.





- Hands-on experience managing CRM systems and maintaining disciplined pipeline hygiene.

- Familiarity with quota-based performance models and monthly or quarterly accountability cycles.

- Native or C2-level French proficiency; strong English is required for cross-functional communication.

- German language skills are a plus.

- Experience selling AI or SaaS products, particularly to the SMB segment, is advantageous.

- High ownership mentality, genuine hunger to earn, and comfort with a fast-paced on-site environment.

- Willingness to spend approximately 2 months in Vienna for onboarding and cultural immersion.

Compensation & Benefits

On-target earnings range from 70,000 to 120,000 EUR annually (base plus commission). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. This is a full-time, in-office position.
