About the Role

This is a high-velocity closing role at a fast-growing AI communication SaaS company serving small and medium-sized businesses. You will own a clear quota, run a high volume of demo calls daily, and play a direct part in driving revenue growth as the sales team scales.

What You'll Do

- Run 8 to 16 qualified demo calls per day with inbound leads.

- Own monthly and quarterly sales targets with full accountability for quota attainment.

- Manage your pipeline with structured follow-ups and disciplined CRM hygiene.

- Proactively hunt for new deals when inbound volume dips.

- Contribute to refining the sales motion as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

- 1 years of experience in transactional or B2B SaaS sales with a demonstrated closing track record.

- Proven ability to close deals through a structured sales funnel and consistently hit quota.

- Experience conducting high-volume product demo calls (8 per day) and closing from them.





- Strong pipeline management skills and CRM hygiene with structured follow-up processes.

- Familiarity with SaaS sales tools and CRM platforms.

- Native or C2-level Spanish fluency; strong English required.

- German language skills are a plus.

- Experience selling AI or technology products to SMBs is a plus.

- Comfort working in a fast-scaling environment with a rapidly evolving sales motion.

- Willingness to relocate temporarily to Vienna, Austria for approximately 2 months for onboarding and culture immersion.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: 70,000 to 120,000 EUR annually (on-target earnings). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. A temporary relocation to Vienna, Austria for approximately 2 months is expected at the start of the role.
