Role Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist iGaming players through live chat, email, and phone - ensuring a fast, friendly, and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent support to Turkish-speaking clients.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or elevate when necessary.




- Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.

Requirements
- Fluent Turkish and English (working proficiency).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and patience.
