Experteer Overview
In this role you will implement and tailor SAP SuccessFactors solutions (Employee Central and/or Time Management) to client HR processes, guided by best practices and the SuccessFactors roadmap. You will lead workshops, configure systems, and transfer knowledge to clients and internal teams, collaborating with SD Worx colleagues across borders. You’ll work in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment helping clients derive value from HR tech. This is a hands-on, client-facing position with a clear impact on project success and client outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• Led at least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management
• Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills
• SuccessFactors EC or Time Management Certification
• Solid understanding of HR processes
• Fluency in German and high level of English
• Self-motivated, autonomous, proactive
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with continuous improvement focus
