We are seeking a Project Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the technical design, development, and implementation of automated material handling solutions for industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Lead the technical design and development of customized automated material handling systems.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources , ensuring adherence to technical and financial targets.

- Coordinate and review RFQ (Request for Quotation) documentation, preparing detailed cost estimations and feasibility analyses.

- Translate customer requirements into functional system designs and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with internal engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to ensure alignment across all project stages.

- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with project objectives.

- Serve as a technical interface with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.

- Identify potential risks and propose corrective or preventive actions during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) .

- Experience in managing or supporting engineering projects, ideally in automation, intralogistics,



or material handling systems .

- Solid knowledge of RFQ processes , cost estimation, and project budgeting.

- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems design , including integration of automated equipment.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

- Availability to work on-site in Madrid and occasionally travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

-

- Experience in automated storage systems, conveyors, robotics, or warehouse logistics .

- Familiarity with SAP, AutoCAD, or similar engineering tools .

- Experience managing international projects with multiple stakeholders.

The expected salary range for this position is €35,000–€41,000 gross per annum. However, the final offer will be aligned with the candidate's level of experience, technical capabilities, skills, and the value they can bring to the project.
