What you’ll be doing

- Take full ownership of turnover, margin and overall performance across your territory
- Manage and grow an established customer base while developing high‑value new accounts
- Identify new market opportunities and drive proactive customer acquisition
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and deliver value‑driven proposals
- Provide technical consulting on complex automation applications and sensor solutions
- Lead the entire sales cycle — from first contact to successful closing
- Implement corporate marketing and sales strategies within your region
- Represent the business at trade fairs,

What you’ll bring
- Degree‑level education in Electrical Engineering, STEM , or equivalent technical background (Preferable)
- Strong experience in industrial automation , ideally in a field‑based sales role
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to make things happen
- Solid understanding of automation technologies, sensor applications and integration
- High self‑motivation, especially in developing new customers and expanding existing potential
- Structured, efficient working style with a team‑oriented, results‑driven mindset
