The role
We are looking for a Chief Business Officer to lead the company's business development with strategic vision. This is a senior, first-line position with direct responsibility for commercial growth and for the relationship with banks and asset managers.
This is not a pure-execution role. We are looking for an expansive profile, someone able to open and build relationships at the highest level, translate a complex technology proposition into business value, and set the company's commercial direction.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the business development strategy.
- Lead commercial relationships with banks, asset managers and wealth managers.
- Translate the platform's capabilities into concrete value propositions for each client.
- Build and structure the commercial function as the company scales.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Background in strategic consulting or top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, Management Solutions, Big Four or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of software / SaaS.
- A markedly expansive profile, oriented toward business development and relationship building.
- Strategic vision and the ability to operate autonomously in a high-demand environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of private markets / alternative assets.
