Your Role

​ The Client Success Manager drives the digital distribution of accommodation and destination services across the DMC network, ensuring scalable and reliable connectivity solutions that support commercial growth. As the owner of the end-to-end client lifecycle, the role manages onboarding, integrations, go-live activities and ongoing optimization for internal brands and external B2B partners. Acting as the central interface between clients, DMC teams, technology providers and gateway partners, the Client Success Manager ensures efficient and accurate exchange of content, availability and booking data while continuously improving connectivity performance, time-to-market and distribution opportunities across the network.

- Manage client relationships and serve as the main contact for digital distribution and connectivity topics.
- Lead onboarding projects from requirements gathering through testing, certification and go-live.
- Coordinate API integrations via partners such as Peakwork, Travelgate, Anixe and direct connections.
- Monitor connectivity performance, data quality and operational KPIs.




- Identify commercial opportunities and translate client requirements into scalable solutions.
- Represent the DMC network at client meetings, industry events and trade fairs.

Your Strength

- Experience with travel API distribution and connectivity platforms (e.g. Peakwork, Travelgate, Anixe).
- Good understanding of XML/JSON, web services and integration processes.
- Background in tourism, preferably with a DMC, tour operator, bedbank or travel-tech company.
- Experience in client success, technical account management or integration projects.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-oriented solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commercial mindset with KPI-driven decision making.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
