We are looking for an experienced Cisco UC System & Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting, administering and deploying Cisco Unified Communications environments and the infrastructure that supports them, ensuring secure, reliable and high-performing telephony services.

100% On-site position (Getafe or Sevilla)

English B2 level or higher is required

-

- Deploy and maintain Cisco Unified Communications infrastructures.

- Administer VMware, Windows Server and Linux environments supporting Cisco UC platforms.

- Manage core network services including DNS, DHCP, NTP, VLANs and QoS.

- Perform upgrades, backups, certificate management and system hardening activities.

- Support integrations with enterprise security services such as PKI, SIEM, EDR and patch management tools.

- Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams.

- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Experience & Skills

-

- 5+ years of experience in Systems and Infrastructure Administration.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications platforms (CUCM, CUC).

- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter.

- Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory services.

- Linux administration experience (RHEL, Debian or similar).

- Solid understanding of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs,



Routing and SIP/RTP.

- Experience working with security and monitoring tools in enterprise environments.

- Professional level of English.

Preferred Skills

-

- Cisco CCNA or CCNP certifications.

- VMware VCP certification.

- Linux certifications such as RHCSA or LPIC.

- Experience with Cisco UCS infrastructure.

- Knowledge of Imagicle, Prognosis or similar monitoring tools.

- Experience in infrastructure migration or transformation projects.

- Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, CUC)
