Project Manager€250 per day | 12-Month Contract | Long-Term Extension | Fully Remote in Spain83zero are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a general technology organisation on an initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for long-term extension.This is a fully remote opportunity for someone based in Spain, working across complex Professional Services engagements and acting as the key link between customers, technical delivery teams, partners and internal stakeholders.The RoleAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer-facing technology projects from planning through to successful delivery.You will:Manage multiple Professional Services projects simultaneouslyEstablish and maintain strong project governance and delivery processesCoordinate customers, technical teams, partners and third-party suppliersDevelop project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones and communication frameworksManage resources, priorities, risks, dependencies and escalationsTrack project progress and provide clear reporting to key stakeholdersBuild strong relationships with customers and act as a key point of contact throughout deliveryTranslate customer business requirements into clear delivery objectivesIdentify potential delivery issues early and drive appropriate resolutionConduct gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve delivery performanceIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvementMaintain project documentation and ensure delivery standards are followedWhat We're Looking ForFluent in Spanish Minimum 5 years' Project Management experienceExperience delivering complex enterprise technology projects involving software and infrastructureStrong experience within a Professional Services, consulting or customer delivery environmentProven experience managing several projects concurrentlyStrong customer and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing project governance, milestones, risks, resources and escalationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation and reporting capabilitiesExperience handling conflict resolution and customer escalationsExperience working with enterprise security or cybersecurity projects would be highly advantageousStrong business acumen and the ability to understand customer challengesSelf-motivated, organised and comfortable working within a fast-paced international environmentDesirable ExperienceProfessional Services or consulting experience within an enterprise software organisationExperience managing enterprise software deployments within customer environmentsCybersecurity, data security or systems management experiencePMP, PRINCE2, CISSP or equivalent certificationsExperience with Salesforce, FinancialForce PSA or similar platforms
