What You'll Be Doing

- Shape sourcing and category strategies across ingredients, manufacturing partners and the wider supply base.
- Strengthen supplier performance and commercial terms through structured negotiation, evaluation and market benchmarking.
- Develop alternative suppliers and contract manufacturing relationships to improve cost, resilience and strategic flexibility.
- Influence procurement decisions alongside R&D;, Quality, Finance, Sales and senior European stakeholders.

What You'll Bring
- Strong strategic sourcing, procurement or category management experience from food, nutrition, supplements, ingredients, consumer goods or a similarly regulated sector.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers or co-manufacturing partners on significant commercial agreements.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, including using market and pricing intelligence to inform sourcing decisions.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with the ability to operate across international stakeholders.
