Hiring: IT Infrastructure Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Service Manager to lead service delivery operations, manage technical teams and vendors, and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and clients.

Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain

Work Model: Hybrid (1 day remote per week)

Candidate must be based in Spain, No Sponsorship Available

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT infrastructure services and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams and external service providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Drive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
- Oversee change management and infrastructure maintenance processes.
- Organize service review meetings and governance committees.
- Manage escalations and resolve critical incidents effectively.

Required Experience:

- Experience in IT Infrastructure Service Management.




- Experience managing technical teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience in risk analysis and service governance.

Technical Expertise:

- Databases (DBMS)
- Infrastructure deployment and operations
- Windows and Unix/Linux environments
- Networking and communication devices

Preferred Qualifications:

- ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 certifications
- Azure AZ-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Google Cloud certifications
- Catalan C1 certification
