Overview In this role you will safeguard and improve data quality across Zurich's global operations, supporting the Knowledge Operations team in a multinational insurance context. You will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to ensure accurate data for decision-making and drive efficiency through data-driven improvement initiatives. You'll gain exposure to end-to-end data flows, systems dependencies, and transformation projects that scale operations.

This is a hands-on position that values curiosity, precision, and cross-country teamwork.

Responsabilidades
- Support collection, review, and completion of General and Wording Capabilities data across Zurich's global network
- Review data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; maintain audit trails
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders across countries and central functions
- Engage with countries, underwriting, and project teams to finalize technical content and ensure alignment with standards
- Support launch of new propositions by maintaining reference systems reflecting updated global wording




- Maintain internal guidelines and standard operating procedures aligned with data management processes
- Contribute to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying issues and supporting efficiency and quality improvements

Requisitos principales
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance, operations, data management, business administration, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Interest in structured data and data quality across systems and processes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
- Exposure to VBA for Excel, SQL, Python, and Qlik is an asset
- Curiosity about end-to-end data flows and dependencies; impact on downstream reporting and decisions
- Exposure to process improvement, digital transformation, reporting, automation, or related projects is a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus
- Teamwork across multinational teams; strong written and verbal communication
