Overview

As Lead Project Manager at Fever, you will build and scale the project management function to deliver strategic technical initiatives. You'll mentor Digital Project Managers and partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Data and Operations to drive delivery excellence. You'll standardize processes, provide visibility to leadership, and tackle complex delivery challenges. This role combines leadership with hands-on delivery to impact Fever's integral platform and growth.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a team of Digital Project Managers, conduct performance reviews, and support onboarding and growth.
- Drive delivery of high-impact technical and digital projects from conception to completion across multiple priorities.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and risks; ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.




- Manage the project portfolio and resource allocation; align initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Standardize methodologies, governance, reporting and documentation across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders; translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Define and monitor delivery KPIs, dashboards and executive reports; identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.

Requisitos principales
- 8+ years of experience managing technical or digital projects.
- 3+ years leading or mentoring Project Managers.
- Experience managing multiple complex software projects; SDLC knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English; ability to work with engineering and product teams; portfolio management experience.
